I have actually tried the Coffee Scrub before. I don’t know if it helped with my cellulite but my skin sure was smooth! I got the best results on my butt doing hip extensions. I would lay on my back on the floor and put my feet up on the couch. Then extend my hips upward squeezing my butt muscles until my feet were flat or almost flat on the couch and hold for a few seconds then back down. 10 to 15 of these a night for a month did absolute wonders for me!
